In 2025, we’re proud to have doubled our nurse triage client base, with most organizations operating across multiple sites. This growth was complemented by 89 client expansions, as existing partners extended Conduit Health Partners’ services to additional locations and care lines, clear evidence of sustained confidence in our proven model and results.

An independent analysis conducted in 2025 found that health systems outsourcing transfer services to Conduit Health Partners achieved a 3:1 return on investment (ROI). This research now serves as the foundation for our ROI calculator, designed to help organizations better estimate the financial and operational impact of transfer center outsourcing.

Supporting Growth Without Compromising Care
Hello Pediatrics expanded its partnership with Conduit Health Partners in 2025 to support more than 30 care sites nationwide. By leveraging Conduit Health Partners’ nurse triage services, Hello Pediatrics accelerated access to registered nurses while maintaining evidence-based protocols that kept overnight emergency department escalations below 10%.
The partnership also supported provider well-being, reducing overnight on-call responsibilities and improving work-life balance, while enabling Hello Pediatrics to enter new markets with confidence.
