We’re proud to spotlight Arielle Wheeler, RN, BSN, a dedicated Transfer Center specialist whose work ensures patients get timely access to the care they need.
A Passion for Helping Others
Arielle has been with Conduit Health Partners for two and a half years. As part of the Transfer Center team, she collaborates with hospitals, providers, and systems to coordinate care and ensure patients receive timely treatment. She describes her journey as nothing short of remarkable, saying that “being part of such a dynamic environment has helped me grow both professionally and personally.”
Arielle’s path to nursing was inspired by someone very close to her, her mother. Growing up, she watched her mother care for others with deep compassion and grace, especially during difficult times. That example sparked a desire in Arielle to find purpose in helping people and led her to pursue a career in nursing.
Finding Purpose in Every Moment
For Arielle, the most rewarding part of being a nurse is witnessing moments of joy and healing. Although she works “behind the scenes” in her role, she finds deep satisfaction knowing that her work directly affects patient outcomes. She thrives in the fast-paced, problem-solving environment. “It’s rewarding to know that what we do behind the scenes directly affects patient outcomes.”
She’s motivated by continuous learning and growth, always striving to be better prepared to help others.
