Leading with Purpose: Colleen Williams’ Journey in Clinical Management at Conduit

Clinical Manager, Nurse Triage, Scheduling, and Outreach | Conduit Health Partners

Meet Colleen Williams, clinical manager of Nurse Triage, Scheduling, and Outreach at Conduit Health Partners. With over six years at Conduit Health Partners, Colleen plays a vital role in overseeing daily operations, supporting her teams and ensuring high-quality service delivery to both clients and patients.

What first drew Colleen to her role was the opportunity to take on a new challenge, one that would allow her to grow both personally and professionally. That sense of purpose and curiosity still fuels her today.

“Each day brings something different,” she says. “That keeps the work meaningful and engaging.”

As a leader, Colleen is passionate about guiding others and nurturing future leaders. “The most rewarding part of my work is becoming a better leader myself, and helping others grow into leadership roles as well.” She’s proud of the collaboration, compassion and dedication that define her team.

Colleen also finds joy in client interactions, especially in learning about their unique needs and exploring how Conduit Health Partners can better serve patients. “There’s so much value in what we do,” she says.

Outside of work, Colleen enjoys camping and spending time with her three adult children and friends. 2025 is a milestone year for her family: her oldest son is getting married, her middle son is competing in tournament softball and her youngest daughter is graduating with a biology degree. A devoted animal lover, Colleen also cares for four energetic fur babies who keep her on her toes.

What motivates her most? “The chance to make a difference, whether that’s in the lives of our clients, patients or team members. Seeing positive outcomes and knowing I contributed keeps me going.”

Colleen is proud to be part of a culture at Conduit Health Partners that genuinely cares about people. “The support, collaboration and opportunity for growth here is something special.”

Thank you, Colleen, for your leadership, compassion and the difference you make every day.
