Kristine (Kris) LaHote, PMP

Manager of the Program Management Office

Kris LaHote is the Manager of the Program Management Office for Conduit Health Partners. In her role, she organizes all the initiatives for Conduit Health Partners and pulls together project teams to meet the needs of Conduit and its clients. In addition, Kris leads the PMO in establishing internal process improvements as well as building out governance strategy and related project artifacts.

With over 25 years of diversified experience in both IT and health care project delivery, Kris has directed global project teams and managed multiple technical and operational projects within Conduit Health.

Kris received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2006.

When Kris LaHote, PMP, Manager of the Program Management Office for Conduit Health Partners, was diagnosed with breast cancer for the second time, she believed she could either say “Why me?” or seek something good that might come out of it.
