Angela Martin, Director, Business Development, develops and leads a growth team for Conduit Health Partners, driving the successful recruitment of external clients while ensuring the retention, success, and expansion of services for existing clients. She collaborates in the development and execution of sales and marketing strategies.

Angela has 20+ years of clinical experience and has served in various clinical and nursing leadership roles, including organizational system-level leadership, quality directorship, clinical informatics, and nurse management. She prides herself on the ability to build relationships, develop effective teams, and provide strategic and innovative thinking and oversight. She is passionate about improving outcomes and processes for all who are involved — patients, employees, and providers alike.

Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Healthcare Administration from Ohio University.
