Before joining Conduit, Jennifer served in various HR-related roles within Bon Secours Mercy Health in areas such as HR Strategic Partnership, Labor Relations & Well-being/Recognition. Jennifer was formerly employed by Youngstown State University as a faculty member in the Health & Human Services department. She originally imagined shaping her career in a clinical setting, but quickly after graduating with her bachelor’s, she was offered a management position at Kent State University in their Student Recreation and Wellness Center. Following completion of her master’s, while serving as the Fitness & Wellness Director for a private health club in Hudson, OH, she co-founded a corporate wellness solutions branch that developed into a nationwide vendor offering services such as biometric health screenings, health coaching, disease management and more; serving a wide range of clients including hospital systems, school systems, and municipalities.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science and a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology from Kent State University. She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
Jennifer currently resides with her husband in Youngstown, OH. On the weekends, you’ll find her spending time at her family cabins in Pennsylvania, hunting & fishing, horseback riding, or just being outdoors. In her spare time, Jennifer trains competitive dancers and formerly was both a regional and national competition judge for over ten years. She loves to travel out West, specifically to Wyoming.
