Taylor started her career in healthcare at Akron Children’s Hospitals, with her primary focus on supporting mergers and acquisitions. During her time at Children’s, Taylor was involved with over 30 practice acquisitions and mergers, offering her great insight to apply along her career advancement. Taylor then moved to Cincinnati and joined Mercy Health in 2016 and has been in various roles, including Operations Supervisor, Engagement Manager and her current role as Account Manager. In her previous roles, Taylor was responsible for managing and developing contact center employees and the daily operations within the department. As she progressed, Taylor then became responsible for the creation and fostering of relationships with the market practice operations teams where she built upon her skillset of relationship management on a broader scale.
In her current role as Account Manager, Taylor is responsible for developing and maintaining the relationships with market operations and clinical leaders, including Chief Operating Officers, Operations Directors and Providers. Taylor will continue to use her strategic skills by coordinating key players into complex conversations to develop effective action plans to improve practice, provider and patient experiences. Taylor will also be managing Engagement Managers, leading by example to create and maintain meaningful day-to-day relationships with Regional Practice Administrators and Practice Managers.
Taylor prides herself on her ability to pull together multiple departments and teams to collaborate on identifying and solving issues, creating an environment where lessons learned are applied. With her operational and strategic mindset, she is able to help create and execute processes and workflows that help meet the needs of various teams.
Taylor lives in Cincinnati, Ohio with her husband, Danny, and their two dogs, Charlie and Stella.
