Michael Layne is the Sales Director of Conduit Health Partners. In this role, Michael works closely with organization leaders in all aspects of the sales engine within Conduit. Bringing unique perspectives and ideas stemming from client engagement and discovery, Michael connects the diverse offerings of Conduit Health Partners to the needs of partnered organizations.
Michael brings years of business and sales expertise from the medical/healthcare and insurance industries. Prior to joining Conduit, Michael was an incredibly successful roadbuilder for a sister organization in its first years after go-live. An outside-the-box thinker and innovator, Michael looks to enhance processes and streamline experiences for both his teams and partnered organizations. He works to build rich relationships as well as an enthusiastic and fun culture around him. A proponent for vision, goals, and long-term success, Michael will work with our teams to help drive growth for Conduit.
While he’s not working, Michael spends his time enjoying his family (and fur babies) and his ever-increasing list of hobbies. He graduated from Clemson University’s College of Business and Behavioral Science. Go Tigers!
