Kris LaHote is the Manager of our Program Management Office and she’s an integral part of the Conduit team. Using her diverse skill set, Kris organizes various initiatives and coordinates project teams that continuously exceed client expectations.
Kris is a Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with more than 20 years of diversified experience in both IT and health care project delivery. She has directed global project teams and managed multiple technical and operational projects within Conduit, including managing the development of our Nurse Access service.
When she’s not working at Conduit, Kris is actively giving back to others in the Toledo community, serving on the Board at Aurora Project, a Toledo-based homeless shelter for women and their children. She also volunteers at The Victory Center, an organization that provides complimentary services to cancer patients, survivors and caregivers. In her free time, Kris also enjoys kickboxing, biking, kayaking and traveling.
Kris received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Toledo and a Master’s Certificate in Project Management from George Washington University. She received her Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in 2006 and remains involved in the local Western Lake Erie PMI chapter.
Kris and her husband, Larry, live in Waterville, OH with their two rescue dogs, Eddie and Sparky. The couple also enjoys spending time with their two grown children, Erika and Evan.
