Angela Martin, Director of Quality, leads Conduit’s comprehensive quality program that focuses on optimal patient outcomes, enhanced value, and high reliability. She also leads the development of the clinical content deliverables for our contact center solution. Angela works closely with team members and our client leaders to develop process improvement strategies that build on benchmarks, best practices, and standardization.
Angela has 20+ years of clinical experience and has served in various clinical and nursing leadership roles, including nurse management and quality directorship in the hospital setting and organizational system-level leadership. She prides herself on the ability to build relationships, develop effective teams, and provide strategic and innovative thinking and oversight. She is passionate about improving outcomes and processes for all who are involved — patients, employees, and providers alike.
Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Healthcare Administration from Ohio University. She has also completed the Institute for HealthCare Improvement’s Open School program. Previously, Angela held a professional certification in HealthCare Quality and is preparing to reinstate the certification.
Angela and her husband, Greg, live in Loveland, OH, with their five children, Austin, Hunter, Gabriella, Chase, and Esabel, and dog, Zoey. She unwinds by reading and relaxing by her pool, and loves to watch her children compete in their various activities including competitive cheer, volleyball, football, basketball, wrestling, and lacrosse.
