Lisa M. Wilson, MSN, RN is the Director of Client Success for Conduit Health Partners. She joined the team in 2018 to oversee operations and the expansion of the Access Center service. Since, she has expanded her role to include a focus on successful client relations. She oversees client communication, interactions, issue resolution as well as new and expanded client potential. Lisa is responsible for developing strategies and fostering relationships that reinforce positive patient outcomes and drive efficiencies.
