Burt has 30 years of sales and sales leadership experience in medical sales, including in pharmaceuticals, laboratories and medical devices. Prior to joining Conduit, Burt led the sales organization for Creo Wellness—a mobile first, population health company—where he achieved 50% sales growth year over year. Burt attributes his history of success to his diverse experiences, effective communications, and the strong relationships he cultivates and maintains across his team and with his clients.

When he’s not working, Burt spends his free time with his family. Burt earned his Bachelor’s degree from Auburn University.
