Access Health, a patient access company known for maximizing care opportunities, has launched as Conduit Health Partners.  The new name reflects the growth the company has experienced and marks the expansion of services to help hospitals and health systems improve health care access and effective resource utilization.

“I am excited to launch as Conduit Health Partners, said Cheryl Dalton-Norman, president of Conduit Health Partners.  “Our mission is to provide responsive expert guidance through collaborative partnerships that improve health care access and effective resource utilization.  The new name conveys our commitment to collaboration and connecting people to where they need to go.”

Conduit serves as a partner for over 24 hospitals and has managed over 42,000 inbound and outbound transfers since its inception in 2017.  It is the first business-to-business service to spin out from Bon Secours Mercy Health operations, one of the top 20 health systems in the United States and part of the top performing quartile of Catholic health systems for lowest cost per case for patient care.

“As experienced operators, we have a unique understanding of the needs of our clients”, added Barry Dennis, chief operating officer, Conduit Health Partners.  “Our services were designed based on the issues we have encountered.  They are proven solutions which create efficiencies and help health systems maximize growth by emphasizing patient acquisition and retention.” A new website marks the launch of Conduit Health Partners.  Within the site, you can find information on all of Conduit’s solutions and case studies showing you how other systems have benefitted from Conduit’s services.
